1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made by the customer: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and the makeup artist's policy.
- Cancellations by the makeup artist: If an artist cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund.
- Service issues: If the service provided is significantly different from what was promised, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment → Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment → Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment → Non-refundable.
- No-show by the customer → Non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Any trial makeup sessions or consultations are non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted bookings are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are not applicable if the service has been completed as per the booking.
